with lobster orange #FF6B35 circle and white "O" ring
- Rebuilt icon.icns via sips + iconutil with full iconset (10 sizes)
- Added icon.ico for Windows (6 sizes, PNG-embedded ICO)
- Added icon.iconset/ source files for future icon regeneration
- Tray hide-to-tray already enabled; package.json build config already
targets mac (DMG+icns), linux (AppImage+png), win (NSIS+ico)
- Build verified: ODO-0.9.6-arm64.dmg produced successfully

- Fix window close behavior: hide to tray instead of quitting
- Add tray left-click and double-click handlers to restore window
- Add app.dock.hide/show on macOS for proper dock visibility

No system tray is shown, so hiding the window on close left the app
running with no way to quit except Ctrl+C. Now closing the window
sets isQuitting=true and lets the normal close flow proceed, which
triggers before-quit → stopServer().
Bumps version 0.9.4 → 0.9.5.
