- `ocp update`: pulls latest from GitHub, syncs plugin, restarts proxy
- `ocp update --check`: shows current vs latest version without applying
- `ocp restart`: now handles both dev.ocp.proxy and legacy ai.openclaw.proxy
  service names on macOS/Linux
- Bumps to v3.2.0
