fix: use stable node symlink path in macOS plist, avoid Cellar breakage

setup.mjs now resolves /opt/homebrew/Cellar/node/X.Y.Z/ to
/opt/homebrew/opt/node/ so the LaunchAgent plist survives node upgrades.
Bump to v3.3.1.
